The scope is defined with the client before starting. 2. **Measurement:** calculating the emissions of each source and consolidating the inventory based on the GHG Protocol. 3. **Offsetting:** retiring project carbon credits, always above the calculated volume (1 credit equals 1 tonne of CO2 equivalent). 4. **Certification:** issuing the certificate, with one token per event, publicly searchable on the validation page.
