# How to use this documentation

<p class="lead">Learn how Instfy Docs is organized and how to search, switch languages, read each page and suggest corrections.</p>

Instfy Docs is Instfy's official support library. It exists so that you and your team can use the products on your own, finding the right answer without relying on support for every question.

## What it is for

- **Implementing** ERP Instfy in the right order, from first access to full operation.
- **Doing everyday tasks** with step-by-step instructions, such as creating an invoice or running payroll.
- **Understanding Instfy products** with accurate, up-to-date information.
- **Answering questions** through the frequently asked questions and troubleshooting pages.

## How it is organized

The sidebar follows this order:

1. **Instfy:** who we are, methodology, how we work, service catalog, ecosystem and support.
2. **Instfy AI:** Instfy Agent overview, management agents and the step by step to create and publish an agent.
3. **Instfy Data:** overview, sources and volumes, and legality and data protection.
4. **Instfy Rewards:** how cashback works.
5. **Carbon by Instfy:** services, calculator, certificate and validation.
6. **Instfy Docs:** this page and the page for AI agents and developers.
7. **ERP Instfy:** getting started, setup, dashboards, sales and customers, purchasing and inventory, finance, projects, people, support and help.
8. **Strategy and solutions by challenge:** practical guides that combine modules to solve business problems.

## How to search

<li>Press the <strong>/</strong> key on any page, or click the search field at the top.</li>
<li>Type the topic in Portuguese or English, such as "invoice", "payroll" or "permissions".</li>
<li>Choose a result. Search looks at page titles, sections and text.</li>

The ERP Instfy interface appears in English by default. If you know the English menu name, such as *Sales Invoice*, search for it.

## Languages

All content is available in **Portuguese**, **English** and **Spanish**. Use the **PT**, **EN** or **ES** selector at the top. Switching languages keeps you on the same page.

## How pages are organized

Each page has a beginning, middle and end:

- **Beginning:** the title, a summary of what you will be able to do and, on ERP pages, who can use the feature.
- **Before you start:** what needs to be ready.
- **Middle:** one section per task, with the menu path and numbered steps.
- **End:** frequently asked questions and next steps, with links to related pages.

Conventions used in the text:

| **Save** | Button or field on the screen, in bold |
| Tip, Warning, Note | Boxes that highlight advice, risks and remarks |
| Coming soon, On the roadmap | Planned features that are not available yet |

## How to suggest corrections

Found something outdated, confusing or incorrect? Write to **relationship@instfy.com** with:

- The page address.
- The passage that needs to be fixed.
- What you expected to find or what you saw differently in the system.

## How often it is updated

The documentation is reviewed whenever a product changes, and does not follow a fixed schedule. New features are added as "Coming soon" or "On the roadmap" and are only described as available once they are in operation.

It is Instfy's official documentation and support library, with guides for all products, published at docs.instfy.com.

### How do I search for a topic in the documentation?

Press the / key on any page and type the topic in Portuguese or English.

### Is the documentation available in other languages?

Yes. All content is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish using the selector at the top of the page.

### What do "Coming soon" and "On the roadmap" mean?

They are planned features that are not available yet. The documentation only describes as available what is already in operation.

### How do I report an error in the documentation?

Write to relationship@instfy.com with the page address, the passage and the suggested correction.
