## 1. Register a lead in the CRM

Every customer starts as a lead. This is where you record who showed interest.

**Menu path:** *CRM → Leads*

Open CRM → Leads.

Click + Create, in the top right corner.

Fill in Name, Email, Phone, Company and Source (where the contact came from).

Under Owner, choose who will handle this lead.

Click Save. The lead appears in the list and can already move to the funnel.

:::tip
Always fill in the **Source** (website, referral, ad). Later, in the dashboard, you find out which channels generate the most customers and invest in them.

## 2. Work the sales funnel

The funnel shows what stage each deal is in, so you can prioritize who is close to buying.

**Menu path:** *CRM → Deals*

Open CRM → Deals. You will see columns by stage (e.g.: New, Contact, Proposal, Won).

Click + Create to open a deal and link it to the lead/customer.

Enter the estimated value and the expected close date.

Drag the card from one column to another as the deal progresses.

Click the card to record notes, tasks, and the next contact.

## 3. Capture leads from your website automatically

Instead of typing lead by lead, publish a form that pushes the contact straight into the system.

**Menu path:** *Form Builder*

Open Form Builder and click + Create.

Add the fields (name, email, phone, message).

Save and copy the form link or the embed code.

Place the form on your website or landing page.

Each submission becomes a registered lead, ready for step 1.

## 4. Send a proposal or quote

When the lead heats up, send the offer without typing everything again.

**Menu path:** *Proposals* or *Quotes*

Open Proposals (or Quotes) and click + Create.

Select the customer and add the items (product/service, quantity, price).

Review the total and click Save.

Use Send by email so the customer receives the proposal.

Once accepted, use Convert to invoice to bill without rework.

## 5. Schedule meetings and appointments

Book conversations with leads directly in the system calendar.

**Menu path:** *Calendar*

Open the Calendar and click the desired day/time.

Give it a title (e.g.: "Meeting with [customer]"), set start and end.

Add the guests and save. The event is recorded for follow-up.

## 6. Follow up by email

Sales usually happen in the follow-up. Standardize the messages.

**Menu path:** *Settings → Email templates*

Open Settings → Email templates.

Edit (or create) a follow-up template with standard text.

Save. Use the template when sending proposals or messages through the system to keep in constant touch.

## 7. Track conversion in the dashboard

See what is working and where deals get stuck.

**Menu path:** *Dashboard → CRM*

Open the CRM Dashboard.

Check leads by source, deals by stage, and the conversion rate.

Reinforce the channels that convert the most and review the stages where many deals stall.

:::tip
A routine that works: register the lead as soon as it arrives (step 1), move the card in the funnel at every contact (step 2), and do the follow-up (step 6). It is the difference between "I'll remember later" and selling.
