# Growth & expansion

How ERP Instfy supports your company's growth - scaling the team, expanding your offering, and opening new fronts without losing control.

[[roles: Company, Super Admin]]

Growth brings complexity: more people, more customers, more processes. ERP Instfy is built to keep pace with that movement, centralizing your operation so expansion happens in an organized, measurable way.

## Scale the operation without losing control

As the team grows, the key is to grant just the right amount of access.

Add new users in User management.

Create roles by position (Salesperson, Finance, Manager) and reuse them.

Give each role the minimum access needed.

Review access periodically as the structure changes.

:::tip
Standardizing roles early avoids rework. When a new salesperson joins, just assign the "Salesperson" role - they inherit all the correct permissions.
:::

## Expand your offering and channels

- **Products & services** - grow the catalog with new items, prices, and categories.
- **POS** - open new points of sale and service channels.
- **Proposals and quotes** - standardize your offering to sell faster and consistently.

## Grow your customer base

- **CRM** - organize leads and opportunities in a pipeline and increase conversion.
- **Contracts** - formalize recurring relationships as your portfolio grows.
- **Tickets and help center** - maintain service quality even with more customers.

## Prepare the structure for the next level

Growth may demand more from the platform. Keep an eye on your **Plan**:

| Growth signal | What to review |
|---|---|
| More employees than the limit | Plan upgrade (users) |
| Need for new modules | Modules included in the plan |
| More files and media | Storage limit |

:::warn
Before a major expansion (a new location, a new team), check your **plan limits** so you are not caught off guard midway. See *Plan & subscription*.
:::

## Measure the expansion

Growing without measuring is risky. Use the same instruments as your strategy:

- **Goals** for growth by period and by unit.
- **Budget** to size the investment in the expansion.
- **Dashboards and reports** to check whether growth is healthy (revenue rising without expenses ballooning).
