# Offers by product: what to sell and how

<p class="lead">For each Instfy offering: who it is for, the pain it solves, value arguments, qualifying questions, what not to promise and next steps.</p>

This page is the sales sheet for each offering. It brings together what you need to talk with confidence and, just as important, the current limits of each product. Everything here follows the official Instfy Docs pages: if a piece of information is not documented, confirm with the team before talking to the client.

## Discovery and Instfy Project {#discovery}

**Who it is for:** companies in all 13 industries covered by the [assessments](#/assessments), from businesses in formation to multinationals, that have a meaningful gap between their current reality and what they want to build.

**Pain it solves:** lack of clarity about the real problem, stalled growth, a needed transformation, expansion without direction or decisions made without a view of the whole.

**Value arguments:**

- The client does not need to know what to buy. The Discovery figures out what needs to happen.
- Fixed scope and price for the first stage: a safe step before a larger investment.
- Concrete deliverables: diagnosis, opportunities, risks, benchmarks, priorities, recommendations and roadmap.
- The Discovery can be the end of it: the client can use the results with their own team or with other partners.
- The Instfy Project combines only the workstreams needed, with leadership that integrates everything and indicators defined from the start. See the [service catalog](#/services).

**Qualifying questions:**

- What do you want to build over the next few years?
- What is stopping you from getting there today?
- What have you already tried and why did it not work?
- Who takes part in the decisions?
- Is there a moment or trigger that makes this urgent?

**What NOT to promise:**

- Specific or guaranteed financial results.
- Timelines or prices without the proposal issued by Instfy.
- That the final solution will include an Instfy product: products only come in when they are the best answer.
- That Instfy executes everything with its own team: execution combines a permanent core team with a network of specialists and partners.

**Next steps:** send the opportunity to relationship@instfy.com and share [How we work](#/how-we-work) and the assessment for the client's industry.

## ERP Instfy {#erp}

**Who it is for:** small and mid-sized businesses in the US, Brazil and Latin America that want to organize sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, projects, HR, CRM, POS and customer service in a single system.

**Pain it solves:** management in scattered spreadsheets, outdated numbers, rework between departments and no visibility into cash and margin.

**Value arguments:**

- Runs in the browser, at erp.instfy.com, with no installation.
- Integrated modules: sales and purchases flow into finance and inventory without re-entering data.
- From sales to HR: [CRM](#/crm), [proposals](#/proposal), [invoices](#/sales-invoice), [POS](#/pos), [projects](#/project), [HR and payroll](#/hrm), [accounting](#/accounting) and [reports](#/double-entry).
- Dashboards by area so each manager can track what matters.
- Implementation guided by a [four-week plan](#/erp-onboarding) and complete documentation for each module.
- Connections with Slack, Twilio, Zoom, Google Calendar, webhooks and email. See [Integrations](#/integrations).

**Qualifying questions:**

- Which areas struggle the most today: finance, sales, inventory, projects or HR?
- How many people will use the system and with which roles?
- What system or spreadsheet do you use today?
- Do you sell over the counter, by project, by contract or by invoice?
- Who will be responsible for the implementation?

**What NOT to promise:**

- Modules outside the subscribed plan: the menu shows only the modules in the plan and the access role. See [Plan and subscription](#/plan).
- Importing all records by spreadsheet: import exists for some lists and varies by screen.
- Automatic integration with Instfy Agent or Instfy Data: today they are used side by side, and direct integration is on the roadmap.
- Features, reports or tax obligations that are not described in the ERP pages. When in doubt, confirm with erp@instfy.com.
- A Portuguese interface without any adjustment: the default is English, with the language changed in the selector at the top.

**Next steps:** show the public plans at erp.instfy.com/pricing, point to sign-up at erp.instfy.com/register and send the [ERP overview](#/introduction). For assisted sign-up, copy erp@instfy.com.

## Instfy AI (Instfy Agent) {#ia}

**Who it is for:** companies with a website, online store or social media presence that receive repeated questions and want to respond at any hour without growing the team.

**Pain it solves:** visitors without answers after hours, a team overloaded with basic questions and sales opportunities lost on the website.

**Value arguments:**

- Answers based only on the company's content and shows the sources used.
- Does not make up prices, timelines, stock or commercial terms: when it does not know, it says so and logs the gap for the team to fill.
- Responds in Portuguese, English and Spanish, in the visitor's language.
- Multiple channels with the same agent: website widget, public page, subdomain, kiosk or POS, and voice through the browser.
- Asks for name and contact details when it detects purchase intent, and has a lead CRM inside the Studio itself, with analytics and a dashboard.
- Installs on HTML, WordPress, Shopify, Google Tag Manager, React or Next.

**Qualifying questions:**

- How many questions does the website or WhatsApp receive per day? Which ones repeat?
- Is the company's content on the website or in documents?
- Who will review the conversations and knowledge gaps?
- What happens today to a visitor who arrives after hours?

**What NOT to promise:**

- Integrations with HubSpot, Slack, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, webhook or email notification: all are **on the roadmap**.
- Connection to ERP Instfy or to the client's other systems: the agent uses only its own knowledge base.
- Uploading PDF and DOCX to the knowledge base: **coming soon**.
- Native mobile app, the client's own domain and streaming responses: **on the roadmap**.
- That the agent performs actions, such as scheduling, billing or changing orders: today it responds with text and organizes leads.
- That contacts automatically become leads: the contact stays in the conversation and is added to the agent's CRM or sent via API.

**Next steps:** send [Instfy AI](#/instfy-ai) and [Create and publish your agent](#/ai-setup) and copy ai@instfy.com. For custom AI projects, such as copilots and process automation, the opportunity is a services one: go through the [Discovery](#/product-offers#discovery).

## Instfy Data {#data}

**Who it is for:** those who sell to businesses in Greater Orlando (Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Lake counties, in Florida), consultants who assess clients' digital maturity and local business owners.

**Pain it solves:** B2B prospecting without a qualified list, time wasted checking registration data and little visibility into local businesses' digital presence.

**Value arguments:**

- Profiles built from the official public records of the Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz), with a link to the source.
- Score from 0 to 100, Trust Score and a free diagnosis in four areas: business health, digital presence, AI visibility and operational maturity.
- Workspace with advanced filters, saved lists, CSV export (up to 2,000 rows per file), campaigns and pipeline.
- Website in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

**Qualifying questions:**

- Does the client sell to businesses in Greater Orlando?
- What kind of company do they want to find: industry, city, size, time since registration?
- How do they prospect today and how much time does it take?
- Who will use the lists and how will they reach the sales pipeline?

**What NOT to promise:**

- Immediate or self-service access: the workspace is **enabled by invitation from the Instfy team, with a username and password**. Sign-up is not open to the public.
- Prices or plans: not yet published.
- Coverage outside Greater Orlando.
- Direct integration with the ERP CRM: today the list is exported as CSV and entered into the ERP. Integration is on the roadmap.
- That Instfy Data is official or affiliated with the government: it is independent and uses public records as its source.
- Unlimited enrichment: it is run by the Instfy team, with a daily limit.

**Next steps:** show a public profile at data.instfy.com and request access for the client through data@instfy.com or relationship@instfy.com. Send [Instfy Data](#/instfy-data) and [Data privacy](#/data-privacy).

## Instfy Rewards {#rewards}

**Who it is for:** local Greater Orlando businesses that want to attract customers with offers, and consumers who want cashback.

**Pain it solves:** the difficulty small local businesses have in getting in front of new customers and retaining those who already buy.

**Value arguments:**

- Local offers linked to the company's profile on Instfy Data, in the Deals & Benefits section, and on the Orlando offers map.
- Offer types: cashback, coupon, discount and local offer.
- For consumers, joining is free, and 65% of the commission received from the affiliate network is passed on as cashback.

**Qualifying questions:**

- Is the business located in Greater Orlando?
- Has the company's profile on Instfy Data already been claimed?
- What kind of offer can the business sustain?

**What NOT to promise:**

- Operation outside Orlando for local offers.
- A complete interface in Portuguese and Spanish, automatic purchase status updates and automatic withdrawals: **coming soon**.
- Cashback approval timelines: they depend on each store's return window.
- Cashback on gift cards or on purchases without activation.

**Next steps:** to publish an offer, refer the business to rewards@instfy.com or relationship@instfy.com. Send [Instfy Rewards](#/instfy-rewards).

## Carbon by Instfy {#carbon}

**Who it is for:** event producers and organizers (concerts, tours, festivals, conferences), companies that need an emissions inventory and governments that need climate plans.

**Pain it solves:** pressure from sponsors, audiences and the market for climate-responsible events and operations, without knowing how to measure and prove it.

**Value arguments:**

- From inventory to certificate: data collection, measurement based on the GHG Protocol, offsetting with project credits above the calculated volume, and certificate.
- Certificate publicly verifiable at carbon.instfy.com/token, with a token per event and transaction data.
- "Carbon Neutral" seal for the event's materials.
- Free calculator on the website for a quick estimate.
- Eight service lines, from inventory to Net Zero strategy and environmental assets, and 12 sectors served.
- Service in Portuguese and English.

**Qualifying questions:**

- What type of event or operation is it, and what is the estimated audience?
- Is there a requirement from a sponsor, contracting party or regulation?
- What data does the client already have: travel, energy, lodging, waste?
- What is the event date?

**What NOT to promise:**

- That Carbon by Instfy is certified or accredited under a standard: citing the GHG Protocol or ISO 14064 indicates the basis of the work, not an accreditation.
- That the calculator result is the official inventory: it is an estimate using average factors.
- Price or timeline: they depend on the volume of data and the number of events and are defined in the proposal.
- Independent external verification on every certificate: the certificate states whether there was one or not.

**Next steps:** ask the client to get an estimate from the calculator at carbon.instfy.com and refer them to carbon@instfy.com. Send [Carbon by Instfy](#/carbon) and [Calculator, certificate and validation](#/carbon-certificate).

## Combinations that work {#combinacoes}

Only sell combinations when each part solves a real client problem. Remember that some products are integrated and others are used side by side. See the [Ecosystem](#/ecosystem).

| Instfy Data + Instfy Rewards | Local Orlando business | Profile claim on Data and local offer on Rewards. Integrated |
| Discovery + expansion to the US | Brazilian company | Discovery focused on the American market and US operations, with support from the usa@instfy.com channel |

## Frequently asked questions
