Instfy expert network

Freelancers, specialists, studios and companies can be brought into Instfy projects. See how the network works, what we expect and how to join.

Instfy is organized around projects. A permanent core handles the client relationship, strategy, methodology, management, quality and integration. Around it, a network of skills made up of professionals, specialists, partner companies and technologies is brought in as each project requires. This page is for anyone who wants to be part of that network.

Why the network exists

Client challenges are multidisciplinary. One project may need business, artificial intelligence and technology. Another, brand, growth and sales. Another, strategy, operations, data and people. No fixed team covers everything with the depth required.

The network expands Instfy's execution capacity without losing sight of the business result. Instfy remains responsible for the architecture and integration of the solution, and each specialist contributes what they do best, within a project with clear direction.

How the network works

  1. Registration: you send your portfolio, areas of expertise, availability and rate reference.
  2. Classification: we organize the network by skill, location, capacity, availability, quality and delivery track record.
  3. Engagement: when a project needs a skill, the project lead consults the network and contacts the best-matching profiles.
  4. Scope and agreement: we agree on the goal, deliverables, deadlines, fees and confidentiality rules before starting.
  5. Integrated execution: you work with the project lead, within the defined cycles and decision points.
  6. Evaluation: at the end, we record quality and on-time delivery, which becomes part of your delivery track record in the network.
ℹ️

Being part of the network does not guarantee a minimum volume of projects. Engagement depends on demand at any given time and on the fit between the project and your profile.

What we expect from members

  • Quality: deliverables at the level you showed in your portfolio, reviewed before they reach the project lead.
  • Deadlines: realistic commitments and immediate notice when something threatens the schedule.
  • Governance: every initiative answers Instfy's six questions: what we are doing, why, who is responsible, when it needs to happen, how much it costs and how we will know it worked. We expect you to work within that logic and help keep it up to date.
  • Records: decisions, changes and lessons learned documented in the agreed channels.
  • Confidentiality: client information used only for the project, with no disclosure of names, numbers or materials without express authorization.
  • Relationship: the relationship with the end client is managed by Instfy within each project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The principles behind these expectations are in Culture and principles.

Show results, not just deliverables. Instead of "I built the website", tell us what changed for the client after the website. That is how we measure work at Instfy.

If you are interested in a commercial partnership, such as referring or selling Instfy products and services, the right path is the Partner program. If you want to join the permanent core, see Work at Instfy.
