Assessments

The assessment is your entry point to Instfy: a diagnosis of your business tailored to your type of company. Explore the options for each segment.

Every business has a different nature, and that completely changes the analysis. That is why our assessment begins by identifying who the client is and, from there, adjusts the focus, the questions and the deliverables. It is the first part of the Discovery and sets the direction for everything that follows.

Instfy assessment: reading the business data and indicators that set the direction for Discovery
Instfy assessment: reading the business data and indicators that set the direction for Discovery

How the assessment works

In every segment, the assessment answers the same five questions from the Instfy methodology:

  1. Who is it? The nature of the business and of the people behind it.
  2. Where does it stand? The current moment: revenue model, customers, operations, people, technology, marketing and sales, finance, brand and data.
  3. Where does it want to go? Business goals, growth, brand, expansion and, when it makes sense, the entrepreneur's personal goals.
  4. What context is it in? An outside-in reading: global, national, regional, local, business and individual.
  5. What are the constraints? Capital, time, team, execution capacity, legislation and risk appetite.

What changes from one segment to another is where we look more deeply. Choose the profile closest to yours below.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an assessment and the Discovery?

The assessment is the starting point of the Discovery: the initial diagnosis tailored to your type of business. The full Discovery deepens that reading and produces the strategic snapshot that underpins the project proposal.

My business fits more than one segment. What now?

That's common. A family business can also be a manufacturer, for example. In the initial conversation we combine the focus areas of the segments that make sense for you.

Do I need a lot of data to do the assessment?

No. Share what you have: part of the work is precisely organizing the existing information and identifying what is missing.

Does the assessment already include the solution?

It provides the diagnosis, the opportunities, the risks and a direction. The detailed solution is designed in the following stages of the methodology, based on what was discovered.
