Instfy Rewards: how cashback works
Earn cashback at partner stores and on local Orlando deals: activate, shop, track your balance and withdraw via PayPal.
Instfy Rewards, at data.instfy.com/rewards, is a cashback and deals program that runs inside Instfy Data. It brings together national brands, through affiliate networks, and deals from local Greater Orlando businesses. Joining is free.
Before you start
- You can browse stores and activate deals without logging in.
- To track your balance and withdraw, create an account and log in with your Instfy Data login.
- Have a PayPal account to receive withdrawals.
How it works, step by step
- Join the program: go to data.instfy.com/rewards and create your account using the Join Instfy Rewards card.
- Choose the store: search by store, brand or deal, filter by category and sort by relevance, highest cashback or alphabetical order. For local businesses, use the Orlando deals map.
- Activate cashback: click Activate Cashback. The store's website opens in a new tab, with your click recorded.
- Shop as usual on the store's website, in the same session. Local deals can be used at the business.
- Track it as pending: the tracked purchase enters your wallet as pending (awaiting store approval).
- Wait for approval: after the store's return window, the cashback changes to approved (confirmed).
- Withdraw: in your wallet, click Withdraw. Your entire approved balance becomes a PayPal withdrawal request.
- Get paid: the withdrawal is processed manually by the Instfy team, and you receive an email when it is complete.
Cashback status

The wallet shows your available, pending, approved and paid balance and the total earned. The history shows your clicks and purchases.
How much you get
Cashback comes from the commission the store pays Instfy for the sale. In Instfy Rewards, 65% of the commission received from the affiliate network is passed on to you as cashback. Each store's percentage appears on the store page.
Example: if the store pays an 8% commission, the cashback is around 5% of the eligible purchase amount.

- Each company with a local deal has a Deals & Benefits section on its profile.

Important rules
- Activate before you shop. Purchases made without activating cashback are not tracked.
- Cashback applies to eligible purchases, according to the percentage shown for the store.
- The reward starts as pending and only becomes approved after the store's return window.
- Gift cards and untracked sessions do not earn cashback.
- A withdrawal uses your entire approved balance. There is no minimum amount other than having an approved balance greater than zero.
Turn off ad blockers and do not switch tabs or browsers between activating and purchasing. This helps the store track your purchase.

How long does it take for cashback to be approved?
Cashback stays pending until the end of the store's return window, which varies from store to store. After that, it becomes approved.
How do I withdraw my cashback?
In your wallet, click Withdraw. Your entire approved balance becomes a PayPal withdrawal request, processed manually by the Instfy team, and you receive an email when it is complete.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
There is no minimum. You just need an approved balance greater than zero.
Why didn't my purchase show up in my wallet?
Check that you activated cashback before shopping, that you bought in the same session and that the item is not a gift card. If everything is correct, write to relationship@instfy.com with the date, store and purchase amount.
