What it is

Instfy Data is a public directory and a layer of local B2B intelligence. Anyone can search and open public profiles without logging in. The workspace, with advanced filters, lists, export and campaigns, is accessed with a username and password provided by Instfy.

The site is available in English (default), Portuguese and Spanish. It is independent and is not affiliated with the State of Florida or any government agency.

Who it is for

  • Those who sell to businesses in Greater Orlando and need a qualified list of targets.
  • Local business owners who want to complete their own company profile and receive inquiries.
  • Consultants and service providers who assess the digital maturity of clients.
  • AI agents, which can look up companies through a public API (see For AI agents and developers).

Search for companies

  1. Go to data.instfy.com.
  2. Search by name, city or document number.
  3. Or browse by city (such as Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford and Winter Park), by industry or by state.
  4. Open the company profile to see the details.

Assessment and Trust Score

The free assessment evaluates the company in four blocks: Business Health, Digital Presence, AI Visibility (visibility in search and AI assistants) and Operational Maturity. At the end, it recommends services that can help, such as ERP, AI automation, digital presence, SEO, CRM and dashboards.

The Trust Score shows which profile details are verified, missing or under review. When there are few signals, the result appears as insufficient: the system does not make up data to complete the score.

Features for business owners

  • Profile claim: click Claim or Add your data, enter your name, email and title and confirm you are responsible for the company. The Instfy team validates the request.
  • Profile editing: after validation, the owner edits the description, services, gallery, phone, website, social media and logo. This information appears on top of the public data.
  • Contact messages: visitors can use Contact this business. The sender's details are only visible to the company after the claim.

Use it with the ERP Instfy CRM

Instfy Data and ERP Instfy are used side by side. To bring companies from Data into the ERP sales funnel:

  1. In Instfy Data, filter the companies you are interested in and export the list as CSV.
  2. Open the file in a spreadsheet and choose the priority contacts.
  3. In the ERP, open CRM > Leads and add each lead with the company name, contact and source.
  4. Use a dedicated lead source, such as "Instfy Data", to measure the results later.

See how to work the funnel in CRM: leads and deals. Direct integration between Instfy Data and the ERP CRM is On the roadmap.
