  • Languages: use the PT, EN or ES selector at the top. The content is the same in all three languages.

What is Instfy Docs?

It is Instfy's official documentation and support library, published at docs.instfy.com. It covers who we are and how we work, plus the guides for ERP Instfy, Instfy AI, Instfy Data, Instfy Rewards and Carbon by Instfy.

Where do I start if I just subscribed to ERP Instfy?

Start with the Implementation roadmap, which organizes setup into short stages, and then move on to First access and Company settings.

Is the documentation available in other languages?

Yes. All content can be read in Portuguese, English and Spanish using the language selector at the top of the page.

I couldn't find my answer. What should I do?

If you are an ERP Instfy customer, open a ticket through the system's Helpdesk. You can also write to relationship@instfy.com with your company name, the module and the steps you followed.
